All purchases on MotorCheckPro.com are for instant digital vehicle reports. Once a report has been successfully generated and delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Exceptions
- Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment or accidental multiple charge
- Technical issue preventing report generation
- Payment processed but no report delivered
- Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase to support@motorcheckpro.com with proof of payment.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
